Business Process Outsourcing Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, responsible for delivering profitable services and quality client experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing BPO services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, expansion, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Manage client relationships, including onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, or CIPFA).
  • Extensive experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, UK GAAP/FRS102/FRS 101, and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
