Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Controller to join our team at Thames Water. As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Operate and clean plant and equipment to maintain on-site operational and health and safety standards.
  • Attend to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy site and undertake safety and security checks.
  • Work safely and comply with all Health and Safety guidance and procedures.

Requirements

  • Be a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Take ownership of responding quickly to faults and identifying effective solutions.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive and take the lead on recommendations and improvements.
  • Must be prepared to receive training in safety procedures.
  • Have knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
