We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our production line team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall efficiency
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure effective maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize productivity and minimize costs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements

  • HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline (ideally with an electrical bias)
  • A minimum level 3 electrical qualification
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
  • Proven strong engineering and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of utilising Lean tools and techniques
