**Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Children's Support Worker to join our team. As a Waking Night Children's Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people who have experienced trauma in their early years.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build trust and develop nurturing relationships with the young people in your care.
  • Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the home, including cooking, cleaning, and other domestic tasks.
  • Document information accurately and ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Promote, monitor, and maintain a safe environment for the young people.

**Requirements:**

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Must hold the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or be willing to achieve this within the required timeframe.
  • Relevant experience working with children and young people in a children's home setting.
  • Flexibility to commit to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
