Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at WCS Group. As a leading company specialising in water treatment and water hygiene across the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our extensive customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise cash collection and minimise debts by managing a subset of customers and ensuring timely collection of payments within customer payment terms.
- Handle customer queries, communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and continuously review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.
- Utilise analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement in credit control processes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce debt and improve cash flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency in Sage 200 is preferred.
- Numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
