Credit Controller

Clarkson Evans, the leading electrical and solar installer in the new build housing sector, is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the Credit Team, responsible for billing, cash collection, query resolution, and managing aged debt. They will work closely with the Commercial and Production teams to resolve issues that prevent invoices from being raised and ensure timely payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer retention accounts and recommend retention caps to the Commercial Managers
- Prepare cumulative spreadsheets for Accounts Receivable and ensure timely Final Accounts are sent
- Investigate reconciliation issues across customer accounts and support the Credit Assistant with Accounts Receivable duties
- Adhere to credit management controls and maintain the Builder Requirements list
Requirements:
- Experience in a credit control role
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
