Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Systems Engineer to maintain and repair Vertiv's Thermal Management products. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our clients' thermal systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and skills in refrigeration and air conditioning, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems. You will also possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to assigned service calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform work safely and in accordance with established company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including completion rates and customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Prior experience in environmental services or related field.
  • Clean, valid driving license.
