Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding and Success: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our product. This involves setting up and executing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting product demos, and providing ongoing support to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Relationship Building and Advocacy: Establish trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company. Regularly communicate with clients to address needs, resolve issues promptly, and represent their feedback to internal teams.
  • Retention and Growth Strategies: Identify at-risk clients and implement proactive retention strategies to reduce churn. Collaborate closely with clients to help them achieve desired outcomes and goals, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with their business objectives.
  • Client Health Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client health, engagement, and satisfaction. Use data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues, providing regular updates to management on client satisfaction, churn risks, growth opportunities, and account performance.
