**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs in their own homes across the Northwest region.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be comfortable administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide skilled nursing care to children with complex conditions, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.
  2. Support families in managing their child's care at home, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  4. Administer medications and monitor vital signs, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the medical team.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing, preferably with a focus on complex care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively.

**Salary and Benefits:**

£30 per hour for day shifts and £35 per hour for night shifts, plus benefits package to be discussed during the interview process.
