TB Community Nursing Expert

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a specialist in pediatric TB care. As a key member of the community nursing team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to adults and children affected by TB, promoting disease control, care, and prevention across the pan-Mersey region.
Job Requirements- To maintain accurate records of TB patients' treatment, disease patterns, locations, and outcomes, ensuring seamless collaboration with hospital services.
- To identify individuals at risk of non-adherence to medication and develop tailored strategies to promote adherence, engaging relevant agencies as necessary.
- To screen close contacts of index cases and facilitate appropriate screening, ensuring timely intervention to prevent further transmission.
