**Job Vacancy: Vehicle Damage Assessor at Gemini Accident Repair Centres**

Gemini Accident Repair Centres is seeking skilled Vehicle Damage Assessors to enhance our Bodyshop team. As a key contributor, you will drive business growth by assessing vehicle damage accurately, implementing repairs efficiently, and fostering strong customer relationships.

About this Opportunity:

  • The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £49,000 OTE, including a site bonus, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Monday to Friday working hours apply, with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • A full benefits package is offered, encompassing 30 days holiday, plus additional days with service, pension contributions, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Primary Tasks:
  • Produce detailed estimates for insurance companies and customers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Source and procure necessary parts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with Bodyshop colleagues to guarantee a smooth workflow.
  • Strictly adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and company policies.
Pay and Perks:

Our compensation package includes a maximum annual salary of £49,000 OTE, comprising a site bonus and other incentives. Additionally, we offer 30 days holiday, plus additional days with service, pension contributions, and other benefits.

Requirements:

  • Skilled assessors will perform tasks independently, mentoring junior Technicians when required.
  • Jr. Technicians will work closely supervised by senior Technicians.
