Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Fleet Administrator to join our team at The Shore Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, furniture, and equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a full UK driving license and experience in IT support would be an advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory
  • Manage office layouts and reconfigurations
  • Oversee soft FM services and service agreements
  • Manage DSE assessments and equipment requirements
  • Assist with company credit card management
  • Manage print fleet renewals and supplier relationships
  • Maintain asset lists and review invoices for accuracy

Fleet Management:

  • Maintain fleet budget and ensure cost efficiency
  • Ensure fleet compliance with legislation and regulations
  • Manage supplier relationships and service providers
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance and service schedules
  • Manage company fuel cards and ESG reporting

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
