Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

The Senior Operations Executive will work on a major new client for Publicis Media, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data at a fast pace. This role involves identifying and driving efficiencies by evolving and streamlining processes, with the central operations team providing support. Best practices are aligned across the agencies, and the Media Operations team ensures that correct processes are being adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
  • Strong communicator, promptly responding to requests
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks on busy accounts
  • Excellent maths and numeracy skills
  • Confident working with numbers and large amounts of data
  • Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
  • Proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets with the ability to write and understand basic formulae
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and databases
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently as well as operating as part of a team
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
