About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Practitioner to lead our therapy team in Bere Alston, Devonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing occupational therapy programs for students with autism and associated difficulties, working closely with the education team and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for students with autism and associated difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to provide holistic support to students.
  • Lead and manage the therapy team, ensuring effective delivery of occupational therapy services.
  • Contribute to the development of outstanding autism practice throughout the service.

Requirements: You will be a highly motivated and experienced occupational therapist with a strong background in working with children with autism and associated difficulties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
