Lead a High-Performing Product Team at Thunes

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our product development and innovation efforts. As the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for defining our product vision and strategy, overseeing end-to-end product development, and driving innovation in the payments industry.

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Align our product offerings with business objectives and market demands, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Oversee Product Development: From ideation to launch, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and regulatory adherence.
  • Innovate and Stay Ahead: Continuously research and analyze market trends and technologies to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead and Develop a Global Product Team: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct Market Analysis and Research: Inform product decisions with data-driven insights, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of product plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management and leadership roles in payments or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry, including cross-border payments expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with market and performance data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services licenses and regulations, an MBA or other advanced degrees is a plus.

Salary Estimate: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
