Job Overview

Goldstar Heathrow Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Assistant to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, from invoicing and expense management to financial reporting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to the finance team
  • Manage shared accounts team email inbox and respond to queries
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial transaction processing and reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
