We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Support Administrator to join our team in Sefton. This role involves providing daily administrative support for Individual Patient Activities (IPA) and Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, ensuring the effective delivery of services such as Personal Health Budgets, Complex Care, and Funded Nursing Care in line with the National Framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison for patients, relatives, and providers, handling queries with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate data processes, in compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide non-clinical advice to patients, carers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear guidance on service delivery.
  • Assist in training and inducting new staff, supporting them with on-the-job learning.
  • Propose and implement updates to policies and procedures in your area, enhancing service efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commissioning or administrative support, with relevant qualifications to at least Vocational Level 3 or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: £14.40 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, working approximately 5 hours per week.
