Clinical Unit Support Manager

Advinia Care Homes Limited provides specialist care for residents with a wide range of needs. Our care home site consists of six Houses, each catering to the bespoke needs of residents. We are located near Leigh town centre, making it easy for visitors to access public transport services.
Job DescriptionThis role involves co-ordinating the daily operational running of assigned houses, ensuring that care is delivered in line with care plans and the changing needs of residents. The successful candidate will also be required to actively lead shifts, contributing to the overall compliance and following policy and procedures.
Requirements- A strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A knowledge of relevant regulations and best practice within a care setting.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
