Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Planet Mark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving the operational efficiency, utilisation, and performance of our organisation.
You will lead and execute transformational projects using Operational Excellence tools to analyse production, waste and other performance data streams to prioritise, plan and action process improvement projects. You will help to build the Operational Excellence strategy in order to reach our operational efficiency and improvement targets and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement of Planet Mark's Operational Excellence function by implementing strategies to improve maturity across key dimensions.
- Lead and execute tactical and transformational projects aligned with business priorities and objectives, focusing on improvement across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Process, and Risk (QCDPR).
- Analyse business data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement, as well as quantify benefits from improvement initiatives.
- Manage the delivery of workstreams, plans, and documentation, ensuring projects remain on track and obstacles are removed.
- Regularly report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
