Our client, a leading facilities management company, is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join a passionate and driven team in Stevenage on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and compliant quality management within a facilities management operation. This includes driving a compliance culture, managing a team to ensure the highest levels of compliance across the contract, and offering clear guidance and interpretation of written standards and regulatory guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

">
  • Manage the Compliance Team to ensure efficient and effective management systems of control across the Contract.">
  • Ensure engineers responsible for legal compliance are held accountable for their areas of expertise.">
  • Assess the experience, training, and competence of Compliance and Authorised Persons, in conjunction with the Engineering Manager.">
  • Establish KPIs and prepare compliance reports using them and other information.">
  • Review Compliance inspection reports and recommend appropriate courses of action.">
  • Provide managerial, technical, and engineering support as necessary.">

Requirements:

  • Ideally HND or Graduate level candidate with a technical background and extensive experience in Compliance.">
  • Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent.">
  • Report writing experience.">
