{"About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. in London. As a key member of our Business Development/Brand department, you will be responsible for championing the Naturium brand and delivering marketing plans that meet the needs of the brand, consumer, and retailers across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust end-to-end programs that bring brand strategy and storytelling to life from concept through execution.
* Lead retailer marketing plans, merchandising, and planogram planning and execution across all International markets.
* Develop internal and retailer presentations, including launch playbooks that consolidate product launch details, message hierarchy, marketing concept, visual assets, and go-to-market strategy.
* Build compelling, fresh ideas based on telling a rich brand narrative.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years marketing and strategic management experience - Beauty Industry experience is preferred.
* Strong business acumen and financial ability.
* Ability to think both strategically and tactically, leveraging consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities.
* Ability to lead cross-channel marketing teams, responsive & collaborative relationships while having conviction driving to execution.
