About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Routes Healthcare. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in scheduling and coordinating care visits to ensure our clients receive exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of care services using our care scheduling system
- Adapt to changes in schedules, including staff availability and new clients into existing care runs
- Ensure that all staff attend staff meetings, supervisions, and training within required timescales
- Assist the Registered Manager with general office administration tasks
