Job Title: Community Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead our Community Speech and Language Therapy service. As a Community Care Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy assessment, treatment, and intervention to adult service users living across the Fylde coast.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of our Speech and Language Therapy service. You will work closely with colleagues to further develop and define the community SLT services, while achieving your own professional goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on, coordinate, and provide evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy assessment, treatment, and intervention to adult service users.
  • Support the development of the Speech and Language Therapy service.
Requirements
  • Recognised Speech & Language Therapy Degree, BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) or equivalent.
  • Registered member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
  • Additional recognised dysphagia training.
