Job Summary:

Austin Fraser seeks a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join their UK team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills and experience in HR administration to support the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR Helpdesk, providing guidance to employees and managers, and processing employee data. They will also contribute to the development and maintenance of HR procedures and policies.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Helpdesk and phone lines
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and advice
  • Process employee data, including contractual offers and changes
  • Co-ordinate on and off boarding of employees
  • Update the HRIS system ensuring accuracy of all data
  • Support key HR projects within the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy HR function
  • Experience of using Workday system
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask with a process improvement mindset
