We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Specialist to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering HW and SW testing methodology and solutions across the Power Electronics and Charging test areas.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement software models from complex full vehicle simulations to component ResBus control, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will work closely with our team to develop and refine testing methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

A successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of power electronics components used in vehicles, including DCDC's, Inverters, charging systems, battery systems, and battery management technology. Experience with ASPICE and Agile development methodologies is also highly desirable.
