We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join our team at Fresh Direct's Wigan Depot. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our on-site teams by providing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training to our drivers, covering classroom and on-road assessments.
- Work collaboratively with our training team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of training activities and driver performance.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
Requirements
- Recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly to cover training needs across all shifts.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in training software.
