About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Agent and contribute to the growth and success of Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their rental needs
  • Upselling long-term rentals and earning potential commission payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus potential commission payments. We also offer a range of benefits, including 20 days' annual leave, contribution to a Group Personal Pension Scheme, and access to our Thrifty Savings platform.
