Key Responsibilities:

* Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
* Inspect and repair electrical wiring and control panels to identify potential issues
* Install and maintain appliances and equipment
* Conduct regular garden and yard upkeep to maintain a safe and clean environment
* Maintain, service, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Check functionality of safety systems, including fire alarms
* Inspect and repair damages to building surfaces
* Participate in projects, such as renovations, to improve the home
* Report any issues to the facilities or maintenance manager

Requirements:

* £13.50 per hour
* 38.5 hours per week
* £500 Welcome Bonus
* 5.6 weeks annual leave
* Pension
* Onsite parking
