As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of parcels through the hub, ensuring that productivity levels, compliance, and shift costs meet our set standards.
This role involves:
- Implementing efficient sorting systems to optimize parcel processing and reduce delivery times.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency within the warehouse operations.
- Collaborating with the Hub Systems and Yard Manager to achieve maximum throughput using best practices, high levels of staff training, and operational understanding.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of warehouse operations and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
