We are currently recruiting for HR Administrator within our MK2 site (Magna Park). The role will provide HR Administration support ensuring all HR records, are kept up to date and to provide comprehensive, professional, and effective HR Generalist support toensure the site culture and engagement levels are in line with the Team Clipper Culture.
**What is the purpose of the role?**
To control the daily organisation of the Time & Attendance system, HR system and to maintain HR records, spreadsheets and ensure personal records are kept up to date. To provide effective administrative support to the HR team and Management.
**Key Accountabilities of the role**:

- To process daily exceptions in the Time & Attendance system and query anomalies with Management to ensure accuracy for the monthly payroll
- To process and submit HR forms for all employees to Central HR and Payroll, ensuring they are processed within payroll deadlines and the change date effective
- To liaise with Central HR to maintain personnel records on Open People
- To ensure electronic employee records are kept up to date and assist with maintaining a paperless filing system
- To order and manage uniform and stationary supplies
- To ensure all sickness and absence documentation is correctly filed
- To process holiday forms in a timely manner
- To monitor and update HR noticeboards with all relevant information, recruitment adverts, guidelines and promotions
- To assist with job adverts and interviews for all permanent and temporary positions
- Set up all interviews as required and assist where needed.
- To organise meetings with colleagues and issue the appropriate letters
- Note taking at meetings including Disciplinaries and Grievances
- To book meeting rooms for External visitors and Management as and when required
- To support operational management as required
- To be first contact for Shift Managers, Supervisors & Team Leaders seeking to resolve administrative related employee queries, such as relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record and all other personnel-related administrative issues
- To issue all new employees with T&A and ID cards, taking responsibility for registering new employees on the clock in machines
- Produce headcount and absence reports for the site
- Provide support to the HR Advisor and HR Manager as and when requested
- Work alongside the in-house agencies to create swipe cards for new employees
- To conduct Right to Work checks and employment reference checks
- Support the HR & Payroll Coordinator with engagement activities
- To undertake all other tasks as reasonably requested by management and the HR Management team

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Good Communicator
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Organised
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise daily tasks
- Basic HR understanding and knowledge
- Competent user of IT systems

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

- Flexible, to take on additional tasks as required
- Experience with Time and Attendance system
- Familiar with HR systems
- Experience with HR Admin or administrative processes in general
