Key Responsibilities- Support teachers and other colleagues in the classroom and in small group interventions
- Assist with recording and collating information
- Develop good relationships with parents/carers, colleagues, and partner organizations
- Prepare classroom resources, equipment, and materials
- Support the implementation of whole school strategies, including literacy
- Maths and English GCSE, grade C or above
- Strong IT skills
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills
- A basic understanding of child development and learning strategies
- An awareness of special educational needs and disabilities would be useful
- Membership of The National College to support continued professional development
