We are seeking a Care Services Manager to join our team at Park Homes UK Ltd, a family business with 21 care homes across West Yorkshire, North West and East England, and Scotland.

This role will involve leading and developing a team of high-performing Home Managers to deliver continuous improvement in quality standards. Your expertise in regulatory frameworks and ability to drive compliance, learning, and improvement will be essential in achieving our regulatory objectives.

As a key member of our Senior Operational Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to support services with quality issues and ensure the accurate production of quality indicators and metrics at Board level. You will also own and support the effective implementation of our Internal audit tool for continuous improvement across the Business.

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing Home Managers.
  • Regulatory subject matter expert in external frameworks and support reporting and analysis of trends.
  • Own and implement the Internal audit tool for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and produce quality indicators and metrics at Board level.

You will have a strong customer care focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to coach and motivate others. In return, we offer a generous salary and a collaborative, dynamic work environment that provides professional development and growth opportunities.
