We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered to our young people.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong focus on team management, staff development, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team, promoting professional development and individual growth.

• Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.

• Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

We require a Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce qualification for this role.

You will need at least 1 year's experience of Senior Support Work in a children's residential setting.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
