Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Undisclosed. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our People Centre team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the People Centre team, including responding to internal and external HR-related enquiries.
  • Assist with the processing of employee lifecycle stages, including leavers, contract variations, and benefits maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll queries and attendance management cases.
  • Support the maintenance of employee records and benefits, including pension, private medical, and drivers checks.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support for Group-wide projects and local HR teams.
  • Maintain digital copies of employee records and ensure confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced HR role.
  • Exposure to payroll practices and computer literacy.
  • CIPD Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration qualification desired or relevant experience/working towards this.
