Commercial Lawyer at Government Legal Department

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join our Central Government team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality and cost-effective Public Procurement services for a reputable Government Department.
The ideal candidate will have UK Public Contracts & Procurement experience and be able to draft and advise on every part of the commercial process, from the commercial law implications of a policy to designing the appropriate commercial contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising on contractual agreements and ensuring that projects appropriately manage legal risk.
- Dealing with Commercial contracts, procurement, production and distribution, data and information management, IT, technology, construction, intellectual property, public law, grants, and public procurement matters and frameworks.
- 2 years PQE +.
- Commercial Contracts and Procurement experience - preferably in one of the areas outlined above.
- Ideally public sector experience but would consider private.
