Job Title: Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

Our client, a reputable Government Department, is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their Central Government team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality and cost-effective Public Procurement services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on contractual agreements and drafting commercial contracts
  • Dealing with public procurement matters, frameworks, and commercial contracts
  • Providing expertise in areas such as production and distribution, data and information management, IT, technology, construction, intellectual property, and public law
Requirements:
  • 2 years PQE +
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent)
  • Commercial Contracts and Procurement experience - preferably in one of the areas outlined above
  • Ideally public sector experience but would consider private
  • Must be operating within IR35
