About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will be the finance lead and work alongside several different business divisions to create and maintain close stakeholder relationships. The role will provide consistent support and analysis to aid commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with non-finance stakeholders to provide comprehensive commercial forecasts
  • Provide accurate analysis to aid commercial decision making
  • Stock and weekly reporting analysis
  • Support and challenge to drive greater efficiency and improve profitability
  • Presentation and provision of excellent reporting at team meetings
  • Support budgeting process
  • Help to improve sales growth
  • Commercial decision support
Person Profile

Candidates should be CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or Qualified by experience with a very relevant background. Experience within a fast-paced retail/consumer environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong IT skills including advanced excel including modelling
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, 25 days holiday, and a wide range of discounts and benefits.
