Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Are you a finance professional looking for a challenging role that combines financial expertise with business acumen? Do you have a passion for working with stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team at Zachary Daniels.

About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business divisions. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and providing analysis and insights to inform commercial decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs
  • Work with the operations team to contribute to the company strategy
  • Support the budgeting process and provide financial planning and analysis
  • Help to improve sales growth and profitability
Requirements
  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or Qualified by experience with very relevant background
  • Experience within a fast-paced retail/consumer environment is highly desirable
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel and modelling
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
Package

£50,000 - £60,000, 25 days holiday, wide range of discounts and benefits
