In this key role, you will contribute significantly to onboarding new clients, conducting regular reviews of existing clients, and supporting the development of our team within Crown Agents Bank.

You will be responsible for conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and the Company's Anti-Financial Crime team, handling a diverse range of entity types, primarily high-risk categories.

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather client documentation and KYC information, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies for onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • Perform Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), Adverse Media, and Sanctions screening as part of the onboarding process and manage daily alerts generated from overnight batch screening.
  • Discuss and escalate, as necessary, issues related to client types, structures, and AML-related risks.
  • Prepare client-specific KYC-related analysis (and complete Customer Onboarding Due Diligence).
  • Assist in executing ad-hoc projects as required.
