Job Summary:
Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including networking events, job fairs, and online platforms.
- Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
- Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to inform business decisions and identify new leads.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 2:1 degree.
- Personality: Confident, outgoing, and ambitious individual with a strong desire to progress their career quickly.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Work Ethic: Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive individual with a strong work ethic.
