Job Title: Accounts Administrator
">SL Clothing Ltd has a long history of providing workwear, corporate clothing, and personal protective equipment to businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers on Xero, including resolving queries and disputes with suppliers.
- Email customer statements and chase late payments to ensure timely payment.
- Process customer rebates and reconcile supplier statements accurately.
- Match purchase invoices to delivery notes and POs for seamless operations.
- Process payments, including supplier payment runs, customer payments, and card transactions via PayPal for convenience.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage expenses, mileage, and petty cash for efficient financial management.
- Administer payroll through Money Soft and pension administration through Nest for employees' benefits.
- Manage the email inbox for accounts and open and distribute post for day-to-day operations.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to voicemails in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Estimated Salary Range: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum
