About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Jewellery Technician to join our team at Monica Vinader, a leading accessible luxury brand. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality welding services.

Job Description
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
  • Bespoke measure and weld permanent jewellery, including bracelets, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, complete brand training, and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Support aftercare processes, resolving any issues that may arise and provide feedback to line managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in welding or soldering, with a passion for sharing your skills and expertise with others.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with an understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment.
  • Commercial drive to achieve store targets, with a focus on delivering results-driven performance.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
