The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Managing client communications and correspondence
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Xero
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
