We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our National Account Department, supporting Internal Account managers with a wide range of responsibilities related to our major customer accounts throughout the UK.

A Job that Matters: Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all internal and external communications with these clients, including gathering performance data, processing client orders and quotations, reporting, and preparing and checking invoicing and dealing with billing queries using client on-line reporting systems or our in-house systems.

An Experience that Matters: Your Skills

  • Previous experience managing customer portals and using a CRM system
  • Strong administration skills utilizing MS Office products
  • Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues
