Child Mental Health Specialist

Kibble's SAFE service is a groundbreaking initiative that provides free-to-access support to children and families affected by crime. As a specialist provider of trauma-responsive care, we are passionate about empowering victims and their loved ones through person-centred advocacy, systemic family therapy, and psychological consultation.
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team, providing a specialist applied psychology service to service users, families, and professionals. This role offers a high degree of flexibility, with opportunities for part-time or full-time work, remote working, job sharing, and secondments.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and theoretical frameworks.
- Providing expert consultation and advice to professionals and stakeholders on mental health, trauma, and victimisation.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective outcomes.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Comprehensive benefits package includes pension, holiday allowance, and employee benefits.
