The Role Includes:

  • Overseeing support packages, reviewing care plans, and ensuring the best outcomes for our service users.
  • Supporting the development of our staff team, including conducting supervisions, appraisals, and providing learning opportunities.
  • Assisting with the smooth running of our services, including evening and weekend working.

Requirements:

  • Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
  • Resilience, supportiveness, and sensitivity towards the needs of autistic people.
  • Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
