Job Title: Facilities Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Lead to join our team at Holmes Hotel London.

About the Role:

The Facilities Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management function of the hotel, ensuring that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly and are undertaken at an appropriate time. This includes carrying out routine spot checks of equipment, ensuring that the facilities provision is delivered and meets departmental objectives, and promoting a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive co-operation to requests received.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the facilities management function of the hotel, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Lead with a strong background in facilities management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer in a hotel and will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
