Facilities Operations Manager

Holiday Inn London-Camden Lock is a stylish gem located in the heart of Camden, close to its buzzing bars, restaurants, and markets. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hospitality industry. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring that all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard.
You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring all utilities, ensuring their effective operation, and maintaining Health and Safety folders and carrying out internal audits to ensure compliance.
