Job Title: Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves managing contracts to reduce risk and working with stakeholders to deliver programme requirements. You will be responsible for reporting, information management, cost and spend management, supplier performance, and schedule delivery performance.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and placing contracts
  • Working with cross-programme key stakeholders
  • Maintaining reports and managing information in line with programme requirements
  • Maintenance and creation of Purchase Orders in SAP and associated purchasing systems
  • Accountability for supply chain activity

Your Skills:
  • Experience in dealing with high-value and volume contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic approach to tasks
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Equipment procurement experience
