Agricultural Procurement Specialist

At ADM, we are seeking an experienced Agricultural Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for purchasing combinable crops from farmer customers, while also promoting ADM's quality technical services to farmers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of combinable crops, OSR, pulses, and their uses/markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase grain, oilseeds, and pulses from farmer customers
  • Negotiate contracts with farmers within the terms and price range given by ADM Traders
  • Sell seed and fertiliser products to existing and new accounts
  • Actively promote campaigns in liaison with the Retail department
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Utilise company information and promote technical services to farmers
  • Manage workload effectively to maximise account and business potential
